CHURCH PLANTER

New Peninsula Baptist Church (NPBC) are a growing church of five congregations across two campuses (Mount Martha and Rosebud). An opportunity has arisen to plant a sixth church congregation nearby at a new location in Tyabb. We are seeking expressions of interest from potential church planters. NPBC are committing to resourcing a minimum full time equivalent role for the first three years of the Tyabb church’s life and will consider both prospective full time and part time candidates.

We anticipate employing our church planter/s 6 months prior to the actual Tyabb church launch. Prospective candidates will be people who are self-starters, build teams, communicate well in both one on one and platform situations and have the heart and skill to connect deeply with those in the local community who are not yet following Jesus or part of church life.

As an initial step in the discernment journey, we are seeking your expression of interest. In one page or less you are invited to tell us a bit about yourself, your ministry formation experiences so far, and why you think you might be suited to help lead our church in this next phase of growth.
