This is the Code of Conduct that all Staff and Volunteers are to adhere to. If you have not signed a declaration you may print one from the following button and sign and return to the office, otherwise please contact office@newpeninsula.com.au or contact your supervisor/ministry leader who can provide you with a printed copy.
After carefully reading through the NPBC Code of Conduct (above) please ensure you print and sign this declaration and return to your Ministry Leader or the office. Should you require a printed copy please contact the office. If you are unsure whether you have signed this document or not, please email office@newpeninsula.com.au
This is the Ministry Check that is required for all staff and volunteers serving for NPBC prior to commencing their role. Please read both the Safe Church Policy and Privacy Policy as referenced in this document, in order to complete the Safe Ministry Check.

This form is to be completed by any person who hears a disclosure or wishes to report a child or young person is at risk of significant harm in the form of abuse or neglect.
Should you believe that the child or young person is in immediate danger please call 000
This form should be given to a Safe Church Concerns person: Paul Crothers, David Underhill, Glenda Holbrook or Andrew Taylor, who will then ensure proper procedures and protocols are followed and relevant organisations are contacted if/where required.
Please make contact as soon as possible. You may also contact them prior to completing this form should you wish.
*This is NOT an incident/accident form. This form and our Incident/Accident forms are located in all First Aid boxes on our campus' also.

We place our highest priority on their wellbeing, growth and safety. Our Leaders are committed to pass on all concerns of abuse, of all people, all the time and in difficult situations our approach will be completely survivor centred.

All Staff and Volunteers working for or serving as part of New Peninsula Baptist Church are required to hold a current Working With Children Check. You must also ensure that you have nominated New Peninsula Baptist Church as a place where you volunteer or work under 'Update my details'. You can find all details through their website here.
*A registered teacher who does child-related work- other than teaching in a school or early childhood service- must notify WWCCV of this work by completing the Teacher notification form. This can be completed through this website: https://www.workingwithchildren.vic.gov.au/organisations/victorian-teacher-information
