When you serve in the church in an area that matches your gifts often there is a synergy. You feel great because you are using your God given gifts and the Church and the people you minister to feel great because they are being touch by God through you.

Personality profile: this tool is use to help you discover your prefered style of interactions. This is good for working out the best place to use your gifts.

Disc assement: This tool is used to help you discover your leadership style. This is helpful in dealing with others. The more you understand your self and your leadership style then the more you are able to work with others.
