Duncan Brown has journeyed a diverse path to full time ministry. From a farming background in Queensland, Duncan spent seven years as a journalist with the Fairfax and News Limited groups in Queensland and Victoria before completing a Bachelor of Ministry in Victoria. He then returned to Queensland where he spent five years as the CEO of SU Queensland, a non-denominational Christian youth and children’s organization now employing 500 chaplains. After his time at SU, Duncan and his wife started a Christian based consultancy supporting more than 30 organisations in the areas of strategic planning, marketing and fundraising. Duncan and Tricia have three children Emily, Jack and Laura. His interests include footy (rugby – the real version), fishing and anything to do with horses, cattle and farming.

Glenda Holbrook
Executive Pastor
Glenda Holbrook has been on the staff of New Peninsula for 10 years. Prior to this Glenda was a Primary School Assistant Principal. In Glenda’s role as Associate Pastor she had oversight for Children’s Ministry, Pastoral Care, Life Programs, Women’s Ministry, Young Families Ministry and Pastoral Counselling.
In her role as Executive Pastor she is the principal assistant to the Senior Pastor with a major emphasis on coaching and mentoring staff and an overview of all departments and ministries.
Glenda has a passion for people to know and live in the love of God and to become all God wants them to be.
She is married to Glenn and they have 2 married children & 2 grandchildren.

David Underhill
Associate Pastor
David commenced in January 2005 as our Pastor for discipleship. He has been involved in Christian Ministry since the late 1980’s. He served eight years as a State High School Chaplain in Queensland then four years as the Training and Development Coordinator and Missions Coordinator for Scripture Union in Queensland. David’s first pastoral appointment was Associate pastor youth and young adults for Ashgrove Baptist Church where he served for five years before joining the team here.
Dave’s biggest passion is seeing the Kingdom of God grow in both people’s lives and the community around us. “Jesus will build his kingdom and nothing will stand in his way, so we better get on board or get out of the way”. His other passion is his family, wife Cathy and two boys, Joshua and Isaac.

Adam Butler
Youth & Young Adults Pastor
Adam has lived on the Mornington Peninsula all his life. In 1994 he became involved with youth ministry as a volunteer leader until 1999 when he left his full time employment to take up a position as New Peninsula's first Youth Intern. At the completion of the 2 year Internship Adam commenced as Youth Pastor & since then our youth ministry has continued to grow and develop in size, maturity and community impact.
In 2004 Adam was joined on staff by his wife Kylie and together they oversee the dynamic ministries of New Peninsula's Youth & Young Adults.
At New Peninsula, our vision for youth and young adults is to see a generation of young people raised up to impact the culture of their schools, universities, work places and neighbourhoods, through their service, strength of character, wisdom & love for others that is a result of their faith, passion & love for Jesus Christ.

Kylie Butler
Youth & Young Adults Pastor
Kylie Butler commenced as a Ministry Trainee in 2002 and completed this 2-year course at the end of 2003. Kylie joined Adam as Youth and Young Adults Pastor early in 2004. Kylie's background is in Financial Planning and banking, and studied Business at Monash University and the Financial Planning Institute. She is currently studying at the Bible College of Victoria.
Kylie has worked with youth voluntarily at New Peninsula since 1995 and her heart and passion is to see young people take the next step in their faith. Whether that is making a first time commitment to Jesus, growing in their relationship with Him or serving Him in their passion and gifting. Kylie oversees Youth & Young Adult - Discipleship, including small groups, mentoring & young women.

Janet Freeman
Community Caring Pastor
Janet has been worshiping at New Peninsula since 2001. During this time she has been involved in Pastoral Care, Community Caring, Music, and My Time Coordinator.
Janet has a passion for disadvantaged and hurting people and was Pastoral Care Coordinator at her previous Church. She worked in a volunteer capacity for many years at the Frankston Community Support and Information Centre.
Janet studied at Bible College of Victoria and graduated with a B. Min (ACT) in 1999.
She is married to Roy and they have a total of 6 children and 11 grandchildren.

Danny Holmes Rosebud Pastor
Danny's passion is for the lost to be brought home and for our church to find fulfilment and joy in this together. Danny’s vision is to gain a better understanding of the Rosebud community, both within and outside the church, continuing to gain focus, consensus and momentum for outreach from Rosebud.
Danny has previously worked as a Physiotherapist / Health Manager before coming to New Peninsula in 2001. He began a Traineeship / Internship in Outreach and joined the staff as Outreach Coordinator 2 days per week in 2005. During 2006/07 he accepted the additional role as Youth Coordinator at the Rosebud Centre.
Danny is studying his Graduate Diploma in Divinity through the Bible College of Victoria which is due to be completed in mid 2008. At present, Danny is also mid-way through the ARROW Program for developing young kingdom leaders across the nation.
Danny is married to Dominique & they have 2 sons, Matthew and Jacob.

Richard Cathie Life Groups & Bible Engagement Pastor
Richard joined the team in 2008; he believes that everyone can find authentic community in the church. His passion is to provide opportunities for people to go deeper into the Bible and to experience real spiritual growth in community.
